This is my first blog and today I feel like talking about the much so complicated part of our body, " The Brain". A walnut shaped small part which is the key role player in our body. It decides what we do and what we don't want to do. What to think and what not to think.
Since the pandemic has started I have been reading a few motivating books which could train my brain to feel positive. Give me some ideas for working on life. Making me think what I can achieve and how etc. etc. I have by now managed to read 4 - 5 books, will name them in the next blog though, but all that I could understand was that it all depends on what we take in our mind.
The subconscious mind tries to help out our conscious mind by sending signals and thoughts that take us further. The key role is played by the subconscious mind.
Now what is this "Subconscious mind"?? subconscious mind is a data-bank for everything, which is not in your conscious mind. It stores your beliefs, your previous experience, your memories, your skills. Everything that you have seen, done or thought is also there. It is also your guidance system. This is the correct definition that I got from
google. But its absolutely apt in explaining. These experiences, beliefs show you the direction to move forward. The help you in decision making. They help you in improving your daily lives. So this subconscious mind should be fed with good stuff, by reading good things, may be watching good videos. If your subconscious mind is healthy, your body is healthy.
Another good way to help your subconscious mind to be healthy is doing yoga. Now this is my personal experience, that it immensely helps your mind to soothe and de-clogs your mind of all the unnecessary thoughts. The bad vibes jus vanish and clear your mind making it feel immensely peaceful and free. Now what is the impact of all these peaceful feelings and happiness of your brain on your life? Well.... you feel really happy... Your daily chores are less stressful and you become more efficient with your work. All those frustrations and ill thoughts are just gone. You feel like a free bird. You feel good for your body, your mind.
So I definitely feel, "train your brain" to feel good, happy and healthy.
Conclusion: Work out on your health and your fitness. Mental wellbeing is equally important for your overall body to function in balance.
